FERMENTATION PROCESS
Most of our breads and pastries require from 12 to 24 hours to ferment. For this reason, pre-orders must be made at least 2 days in advance. Example: Bread on Friday must be pre-ordered no later than midday Wednesday.

REFUNDS & AVAILABILITY 
Not all of our items are available every day. If the online system does not allow you to order, this is why. We do not provide refunds for product not picked up on the selected date. Our products are made to order and are perishable. If you make a pre-order, it can only be refunded if you cancel your order 2 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
